Blue Ridge Canine Academy

We were blessed to be able to enroll our six month old goldendoodle puppies into Blue Ridge Canine Academy for the board and train program. They were so kind and sent us videos/pictures routinely! When we met with our puppies after a few weeks, I was astonished at the progress they had made. They had molded into well-mannered girls. When it was time to go home, Cameron and Courtney were very informative and were simply amazing at guiding us on how to continue the training process at home. They both genuinely love their profession and it shows in the care and respect that they offer to both us and our four-legged babies. Thank you Blue Ridge Canine Academy for affording us an amazing start!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Blue Ridge Canine Academy! Our shepherd puppy was struggling with anxiety and aggressive behaviors, but the Puppy Board & Train program provided a fantastic foundation for addressing these issues. When he turned 6 months old, we enrolled him in the full 4-week Board & Train program, and the transformation was incredible. He came home a completely different dog—calm, happy, and attentive. Cameron and Courtney did an amazing job correcting his jumping and mouthiness while also building a strong recall and other essential skills. They equipped us with all the tools we need to reinforce his new behaviors, and we love that we can reach out to Cameron anytime with questions. The best part is that our entire family was invited to attend all lessons, empowering us all to work with our pup confidently. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Blue Ridge Canine Academy!

Thank you so much for the great job you did with my sweet dog, Charlie! He was wild before he entered your training program - dragging me around the yard when I tried to walk him on a leash and constantly jumping on me (and anyone who visited). I wasn’t sure he would ever calm down and I was worried about him knocking me down. You listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Charlie is very well-behaved and I feel confident and comfortable when we go for a walk and greet neighbors. I’m glad I could board him with you, too, when I was on vacation last month. I know he received great care. Thanks again, Cameron and Courtney! I’d give you more than 5 stars if that was an option!
