We boarded our puppy, Amora, here for kennel time along with a partial 6-day training focused on greeting and recall while we were on vacation. There was quite a bit of back-and-forth beforehand about scheduling, specifically whether the training would be 6 or 7 days. We ultimately agreed on 6 days since that aligned with our return date and pickup. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some miscommunication internally, because when we arrived to pick Amora up, she wasn’t ready. She was extremely dirty and had not been washed, even though a wash was supposed to be included at pickup. We were also supposed to have a one-hour go-home training session to learn commands and maintenance for a puppy, but that didn’t happen. After a long day of travel, we ended up taking her home, washing her ourselves, and leaving without that training session. That said, about a month later Bryan came out to our home for an in-person training session, which was accommodating and very helpful. He worked directly with us on maintenance and commands, and we were happy with the actual training and guidance we received. Overall, we’re pleased with the training itself, but we hope the business can improve communication, scheduling, and pickup logistics so future clients have a smoother experience. Between the manager, Haley‘s communication and Bryan‘s excellent training process and guidance, I feel that I can leave a four star. The in home training session made up for the logistical issues in communication and coordination.

Working with Bold K9 solutions formerly ARETE canine purpose has been life changing. My dog was highly aggressive and it made his life hard as well as our family's. Bold K9 Solutions stepped in, they were empathetic, professional, and so very caring to not only our Bo but our family too. Our main trainer was Aubrey and she was amazing. Aubrey went above and beyond, you could tell her heart was truly in it and it was more than just a paycheck. If you can book with Aubrey, do it. She's down to earth and a huge asset to this company. If she can get a raise or promotion, she most definitely deserves it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Sophia was there for his group trainings mostly, she was amazing as well and so very kind. We had the option for private at home sessions and with the progress made from those sessions, we were able to take him to group. Bo's transformation during the time we have been working with the trainers has been nothing short of amazing. If you have dogs that need training, take them here. I worked with a different company prior and they mistreated our pupper boy. These folks will get you and your fur baby taken care of. They will do it with compassion, empathy, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the staff for helping our baby have a better quality of life!!

We sent our two fur babies, Apollo and Aurora for training. Both required something different but both not only enjoyed their time at the facility, enjoyed the people who worked with them at Arete. The first week our anxiety was elevated as both went for the boarding and training. Our house was empty and missing that feeling woth our babies not home. Each day we received an update along with videos posted. Amazing! Sophia was our main contact from a training side and she was simply amazing in every sense. Kind, patient and loves what she does. Everyone we worked with was first class and you can see they truly care for the animals and their jobs. We had such an amazing experience, we plan to board Apollo amd Aurora during our upcoming trips. This will give them a place they feel comfortable as well no anxiety on our side. Job well done to.Bryan, his vision and the entire staff at Aeret, highly recommend them to not only care for your dogs, but help them become better by calming the dogs anxiety and teaching us humans how to be better parents. We love Arete! We had a consultation with Bryan, who was very kind and knowledgeable! In his 30 minutes at our house, he taught us a trick to keep our 6 month old golden retriever from biting our hands. We were sold! We worked mostly with Sophia for private home lessons. It was very clear that she loves dogs and she treated ours like her own. She was very thorough and clear with her instructions and gave us detailed homework to work on with our pup. Due to our pup’s over excitement with other dogs, Sophia recommended we come to a group training session to desensitize him. I was so happy with all the individual attention each dog was getting even in a group setting. Sophia knew every dog that attended and helped adjust each dog to the activity they presented. I love and appreciate Sophia’s teachings for our Winnie. She was always so excited to see him and was so proud to see his progress. She adds a personal touch that you won’t get anywhere else! I couldn’t recommend this facility enough! We were recommended through a neighbor who had one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever met. I also would like to mention their scheduler Hailey, who was very kind, patient, and accommodating when we had to reschedule due to our crazy life!
