FirstBarkCopper finished his week of board and train and these guys did amazing with him. We did not know what to expect when dropping him off, but from the minute we got there they explained everything and were patient when showing us the commands he learned. Karlie did amazing work with him and we are excited to implement what he learned at home.

Was across the street working but watched them for about an hour and what I saw was Amazing
Richard was amazing with our dog Nala. He sent pictures and videos throughout the process, and was accessible by phone. Nala is a brand new dog and I’m very impressed with everyone at Bomb City K-9 Training

**Edit: After opening their Lubbock location, Trey and his team have offered to work with my dog Charlie a few days a week to get her back on track. They have been very accommodating with my busy grad school schedule and have shown they are not giving up on Charlie. I can tell that Trey and Hanna care about my dog and her success as much as I do. I did the two week board and train for my dog Charlie who is very fearful and started showing aggressive behavior to strangers. She ended up staying 4 or 5 weeks partially due to the ice storm. Communication during her stay was decent and I received a few videos. Since Charlie has come home I have worked very hard to continue her training. She did improve in her command following skills such as “place” and “stay”. However, there was no improvement with her aggressive behavior. I have reached out for more help several times and was told they would be in Lubbock to see us “this week” and never got follow up. I understand there have been obstacles for them such as the weather, short staff, and opening a new location and that results vary by dog.
