Paid her to do an appraisal show for us, with a 2 week board and train. The only reason we went with this “trainer” was that she was going to show our dog for us. Day of the show she put our dog in our truck and said good luck I made other plans. No training was done. He had basic obedience prior but when he came home he just cowards or walks away ignoring us completely. She then ignored all calls and never followed through with any of the follow up sessions. She decided she would attach him to the wall with a prong collar, by doing so broke the collar off into his neck. I have already made a claim to animal control. She refuses to refund the $2300 spent for the 2 weeks she had him in a kennel. This person should not be training let alone be owning guardian breed dogs. Pictures added are of his neck starting to heal. Please don’t take your pets here.

Our dog Loka made huge progress with her board and train. She went from wanting to attack the world when taking her out for walks to now being able to join us on cabelas/Home Depot trips. Loka listens a lot better, we received helpful tips to continue the training at home. Will definitely reach out to Britaini when we need additional help or boarding when we go on vacation.

Took both my dogs to her for training. Britt is super professional and my dogs went from chaotic and making my life miserable to the best obedient Malinois I’ve ever had before. Best of the best boarding and training there is.
