Boneheadz Dog Training & Boarding

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Firstly, I dropped my dog off and notified the trainer she needs to be isolated due to not having all of her vaccines which the trainer "agreed" to, but that never happened. The entire process was supposed to take 2 weeks, throughout that time, the trainer kept making excuses for why she needed an extension. My dog was there for an entire month and learned how to sit. There were a couple of occasions I needed to take my dog to go get a vaccine, and/or take her stitches out. The trainer sent aggressive messages to me regarding me not being able to come see my dog, or take her for vaccinations as thats not her policy. On top of all of this, they smoke in the house, so the poor dogs are subjected to second hand cigarette smoke the entire time. The trainer also stated in the beginning I would pay half at the beginning and half when training was done. During the second week she texted me frantically asking for the money immediately for an emergency. I obliged and sent her the money. There were increasingly red flags for why I didn't feel safe leaving my dog in her care any longer. One being she sometimes took 3 days to respond to a text message, which is concerning when your baby is under someone else's care. During the end of the month she asked for more time and I told her I would like to just pick my dog up, she sent me an aggressively mean message. As posted below, some examples of the unpleasant interactions. She continued to make personal excuses as to why the training was not completed and why she needed more time. At this point I showed up to grab my puppy, and asked for the $50 bag of food I just delivered as well. The food was not available, and upon receiving my dog, she was absolutely more terrified of the outside leading me to believe they kept her in the crate most of the day and did not take her outside. After just 2 days with me her fear level is so much better. I asked for a 50% refund as I paid her early due to her " personal issues" as the training was incomplete, which was fair considering nothing was done in an entire month of training. I attempted this solution in an effort to move forward in a positive direction. She refused and argued with me about why. I would NOT trust leaving your beloved dogs with her! BEWARE!
