Born Free Dog Training

After adopting our 1.5 year old Bentley from the East LA shelter we needed help getting an unusually large cone off this handsome but very skittish pups head and replacing it with one more appropriately sized. Logan answered my call and came to our home to help. Mission accomplished in a very patient and experienced way. Now Bentley will spend a few days with Logan at his facility to help us get leash and trust training. Thank you Logan. You are the best!

I have a Cane Corso who’s first 5 mo of life was filled with abandonment and neglect so socializing was non existent in her world. She reacts to any dog and some people. I have taken her to trainers in the past and they wanted me to buy $1000 of equipment and told me my dog was in charge and resource guarding me. I found Born Free training and Logan didnt just train us he literally sat and talked to me about what my dog needs and what i need to do to support her. He showed me consistently she is a good dog and just needs to be led by me instead of scared she was going to hurt someone. We are still in the process of me learning to be less anxious and socializing Daisy to be confident in me. I drive an hour out to train my dogs because this is someone who knows what they are doing and can train the owner and the dog. True blessing to me and my girls

Birdie & Jade are the best, paws down! They met our Buddy Butterscotch when he was just a 12 week old pup & he is now almost 2 years old & still obeys his commands with non verbal hand signals. In the house off-leash he heels at my side & at Home Depot on-leash he heels right by my side & sits next to my knee when I stop to shop & moves right by my side when I move. They are good people who are very caring about the dogs put in their care & produce results!

I had an amazing experience with Born Free Training. My little Pomeranian, Teddy, completed the Basic Obedience course and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The course helped Teddy with separation anxiety as well as basic commands and he even learned to socialize with other dogs which was a big issue for him because he used to bark at all the dogs big and small. He even behaves so much better when we go on flights. I used to dread traveling with him because he had so much anxiety inside the crate but he is so calm now and our last trip was a much better experience. I definitely saw the positive impact the course had on Teddy. Birdie and Jade are fantastic trainers. Always available whenever I had questions. You can really tell how much they love their job and Teddy was always thrilled to se them.
