Bottom Line K9

We never leave reviews but felt it was our job to warn others so that the same thing doesn’t happen to other people. Working with Bottom Line K 9 was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever gone through. We started communication with Bottom Line in August 2022 we he said he found us a dog that needed a home. He promised 8 weeks of training and a surgery before giving her to us. He also promised that he would deliver her to us. He was very quick to ask for money, which we gave him out of good faith. We also paid upfront for his hotel and travel when he was ready to deliver her . Her surgery got rescheduled and postponed a few times and then the delivery did too. It was always an excuse why she couldn’t be delivered and something always seemed to come up. Our first initial date to get her was October, then it was November, which then moved to January, February, March, etc. After the last delivery date in April which fell through , we asked for the money back and he agreed to a refund. We even offered to negotiate a price for a refund. We still have not gotten our refund even though we’ve paid in full, he’s ignoring all of our texts and communication and we haven’t seen a dime of our money back. This is not ok.

I have had my dog trained here left her for 45 days and I could not be more happy ! Very professional and every time I wanted to come check on her she was bathed and very happy ! It’s been at least 3 months of her being home and the mind change and control I have with her is awesome! I have also boarded her there while I was gone a week and she loves it she is always happy to see them ! Would highly recommend them !!!
