Best place to take your dog!! Their work with Boomer completely changed our lives for the better. We are able to go on walks, to restaurants, anywhere with peace of mind.
Both of my rescue pups were trained by BTK9, these people are seriously miracle workers. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and reliable. BTK9 is the ONLY place that will treat your dogs as well as you do!!!! They took my feral GSD and transformed him into a well mannered, confident pet. I sent my 3 year old English Mastiff to BTK9 for the 3 week board and train. Prior to going, Hazel was very scared of men and really just being out in public. She was nervous on walks in our neighborhood and had no confidence. When I arrived at BTK9 for her drop off Hazel refused to get out of the car. Both Lenny and Stephanie were very calm and understanding, they even went to get Baby Chowder to see if he could help coax her out of the car. They were honest from the start and I never once was concerned about leaving my “child” for such and extended period of time. It was always exciting to see an update on Instagram or Facebook during Hazels stay. When the pick up day arrived I was shocked at how different Hazel was, but in a good way. Lenny even took the time to take us to Lowe’s and show me how Far Hazel had come. While there Hazel went on daily field trips to expose her to new situations and places. Previously she wold not even get out of the car, let alone enter a store with automatic doors. I now have a confident, well mannered dog which is something I did not think was possibly. We are forever grateful for the team at BTK9, especially Hazels Trainer Zack.
I only called for info but the lady that I talked to was an owner or part owner maybe and she knew alot and provided a ton of useful info. Price was a tad higher than I can do right now but was comparable to others I called. 1st contact was great!
