Brett has been a blessing to our household. My fiancé (Vanessa) and I moved in together along with her dog (Lucy) and cat. While the cat loved me the dog was very guarded and protective of Vanessa. To start we couldn’t share the same spaces together, I couldn’t even be in the same room without Lucy barking and lunging for me. We had felt there was little hope that she would ever accept me and we could live together as a happy family. Lucy absolutely loves Vanessa but doesn’t trust or interact well with anyone else. She’s such a beautiful happy dog when she’s alone and it broke our heart that we couldn’t be that dog with me. ...then we found Brett. Brett helped us in so many ways that’s it’s hard to write them all here. He is very accommodating to our schedules, incredibly attentive and responsive to calls and texts, and he is simply fun to talk to. His demeanor not only put us at ease but also Lucy as well. We could tell he knew what he was doing shortly after meeting him for the first time. Together he taught us how to talk to Lucy, change our body language, change bad behaviors that were only making Lucy more anxious and harder to control. He introduced us to simple to follow methods that changed how we interacted with her and we could see a difference in a very short time. It was incredible what his instruction did to improve our life at home and make Lucy accept me as a family member. Now this isn’t to say that large change happened over night. Brett made sure to properly temper our expectations and it helped us to not get discouraged when she reverted to old behaviors. We are still working with Lucy but she is getting better and better everyday. She will always love her mom Vanessa more but we have hope and we know that she is finding a place in her heart for her new dad. Thank You Brett for all that you did and continue to do. You helped make our house a home that we can all enjoy together. Lucy has a happier life now because of the help you gave. After our first session with Brett, my puppy stop biting us and became more obedient with our orders and was eaisier to house train. We have a Hound Mix, Wallace, and he has been a handful since day one, with him being a puppy and found at a local shelter... Long Story short, went through #2-Behaviorist; and what a waste of time and money... And then we found Brett! Great Guy. Very sincere, and passionate about his work; and now that he finally, got married, it is safe to assume, he will be even better... Initially, we heard him, but me and the Other-Half did not heed all-of-his-words-and-warning; and dealing with a pup and anxiety, tough love is the way to go... However, with some additional time, and having Brett come back (2-additional times, due to our not following all of his guide lines), Wallace is a happier and much more healthy Boy!!! Thank you Brett!
