I got my dog from Kimberly, already trained. he's the best dog ever. He behaves really well off leash and on leash he doesn't tugg or pull. He has amazing socialization with small children, cats, and chickens. He doesn't get spooked by fireworks or gunshots and always comes when called. He is the best companion anyone can ask for. 10/10 recommend for new dog owners, he's never had any accidents in the house.

Our family can’t say enough good things about Brightstar Canine. We have been taking our high-energy Labrador Retriever there, two days a week the past several years for play dates. Our dog is well cared for and comes home exhausted (a very good thing). Initially we took our dog there for imprinting and socialization. Brightstar’s methods paid off; our friends have commented on how well-behaved she is when they come to our house.

We adopted our sweet and sassy pitty, Sadie, from a Texas rescue, and adjusting to life with her and our two toddlers was challenging—especially with potty training. After interviewing multiple trainers, we chose Kimberly at BrightStar Canine, and it was the best decision. She took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Sadie spent three weeks training at Kimberly's home, and when she returned, she was still the same lovable pup but with much better manners. My biggest tip: If you're going to invest in training, be prepared to take ownership and accountability for your role in the outcome of your pups success. Kimberly does an incredible job laying the foundation, then it's up to us as pet parents to be consistent with what's been taught. Highly recommend BrightStar Canine!
