Something seems a little OFF about a business offering training and boarding out of their home, yet unwilling to allow access to clients to tour where your pet will be cared for? Not on my watch. We've all heard the horror stories and giving a pet owner peice of mind before turning their pet over to your care should be seamless! TRANSPARENCY is vital, if there's nothing to hide, there's nothing to hide. Pets don't have a voice so doing due diligence is of upmost importance.

Cari did an amazing job with our dog Trooper. He is a good dog but was never trained properly since he has never been with a family for very long. We sent him to training for the 3 week board and train so he could get better on basic commands and recall. Cari made sure to answer all my questions before/during and after training. We were given updates during his training and she made sure we were comfortable on how to continue his training at home at pick up! He has done wonderful since he has gotten back and it is much easier for us to let him off leash and play! Trooper also seemed to have loved his stay which tells me she treats her boarding dogs with the care she does her own!

There aren't enough words! Cari knows her stuff and goes above and beyond for the dogs she works with as well as their owners. She is such an amazing resource answering all questions with solutions and keeps in contact with you on progress during boarding/training utilizing messages pictures and video. Your dogs return to you with all the respect and obedience needed and owners also receive the knowledge to maintain what she has taught them so you can have the best relationship possible. Thank you for all you do!

I can’t thank Cari enough for the quality and excellent training time she placed into my chocolate lab, Ruby Sue. Ruby Sue arrived to her 3 week board and train a nervous, insecure reactive dog. Though we did everything right including ample socialization early on, as well as spending a year at Pawtropolis day boarding, she was unpredictable, even aggressive at times. Cari worked with her to build her confidence, trust in people and developed a way to communicate clear instructions to her for commands. Though I was first skeptical of the E-Collar, after applying it to myself (even on a high setting) I realized how painless it is. Ruby responds well on a low application and most of the time responds without any correction needed. Cari was very upfront about the cost and expectations. She was very professional and provided email updates with videos often throughout our training. Written instructions were also provided and very helpful. It’s also comforting to know she’s only a phone call away if something should come up we can’t figure out in the future. I would leave Brooks K-9 10 stars if I could!!
