BTS K9 Dog Training and Boarding

We brought our lab Sophie to BTS K9 for the 4 week board and train and to say we are impressed is an understatement. Before we brought her she would never listen, she would go after hands (in a playful way), and she would zoom all over the house. Now she not only listens, but we are able to take her on walks without her dragging us, and we are able to play with her without being bit in the hands. The trainers sent us pictures and videos very often to keep us updated on our sweet girl and even took her on field trips to test her new skills with lots of distractions around. We can’t thank yall enough!!

I adopted an English Mastiff puppy that had only been potty trained and was out of control. I tried working with some other local trainers on reactivity issues and fell short on getting anywhere with them on his issues. I was at my last straw and almost on the verge of surrendering him back to the rescue. I found Becky at BTSK9 and after an initial consultation, decided to give her a shot. The best decision I made with Rick. Becky helped retrain me on my shortcomings as well as working with Rick on his reactivity to other dogs and people. I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff, they are welcoming and helpful every time I’ve called or stopped by the facility (which by the way is nice). If you’re looking for professionalism and knowledge, go nowhere else.

My trainer is KK and I'm happy she is my puppy's trainer, She Is awesome I'm sure all the trainers are awesome as well They run a tight ship at BTS Dog Training as far as I can tell all associates take their jobs very very serious The manager I believe Aileen is her name ,she has giving me the best advise ,tips, on training my puppy She is great at what she does for BTS I highly recommend anyone needing training to check out BTS on Navy Street Best of luck to all associated with BTS
