My dog Dutchess stayed at Buck’s for 3 week board and train. I am incredibly impressed with and thankful for the results of her training. The staff here truly cared for her and showed her so much love. We recently moved from a home into an apartment, and it was a huge change for Dutchess that she was not adjusting to well at all. She was struggling with obedience and nervousness/ skittishness that was progressively getting worse. Since she has been home, she is listening to all of her commands, is a pleasure to go on walks with instead of a pain, and her confidence has improved so much. Before her stay at Bucks, she was wary of large/ loud objects and today we went to take the trash can out with zero hesitation / nervousness from Dutchess! I couldn’t believe it. Walking in a crowded area wouldn’t have been possible before her training, and today she was able to go out in public and remain incredibly well behaved. Im so thankful that my dog’s quality of life has improved and excited to further socialize her!

Since May we have been taking our puppy Chip to Bucks Dog Training. From the very beginning everyone there has been amazing! Working with my wife, children and I every class, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. We have even taken advantage of the boarding services offered there. They take such good care of our boy Chip! They even share daily video updates. If you’re looking for someone to train your dog or pup look no further!

We sent our 10 month old Goldendoodle for the two week board and train. From the beginning, the owner Nicole was super responsive and eased my fears with having our pup go away. She listened to the behaviors we really wanted corrected. Throughout the two week stay, we received daily videos of our pup and got to see the progress he was making. The trainers were all amazing with him and showed him so much love during this big transition. Fast forward to being home with our pup and I can’t give Bucks enough praise! Our biggest concerns were running out the front door and not responding to his name, jumping on counters, destroying sneakers and other household items, and being able to go for peaceful walks without pulling. No exaggeration - our pup has corrected all of these behaviors with the commands learned at Bucks. He tried to grab a sneaker today and with one command, he dropped it. We even took him to our daughter’s field hockey event where there were LOTS of people and kids hovering over him and with one command, he stayed in place and didn’t pull or jump. Thank you SO much to Nicole and her team for everything!

We had a wonderful experience with Buck's Dog Training! Our dog, Kya, completed the 2-week board-and-train program, where she worked on impulse control, obedience, and other important skills. Since coming home, we have been so impressed with her progress. She's doing incredibly well, and we've been very pleased with the results. The training didn't just benefit Kya—it gave my husband and me the confidence and knowledge to continue reinforcing everything she learned. The trainers took the time to teach us how to apply the skills at home, which has made a huge difference. With our first baby on the way, having a well-trained, more controlled dog has given us so much peace of mind and made us feel far more prepared for this next chapter. A special shoutout to Blaze! He spent a lot of time with us over the phone while Kya was in the program and again on pickup day. He provided guidance on how to maintain her training at home and helped us get the most out of the program. We truly appreciated his patience, knowledge, and willingness to answer all of our questions. Thank you to everyone at Bucks Dog Training for all of your hard work. We are so grateful for everything you've done for Kya and our family, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, effective dog training!
