FirstBark10 out of 10 I would recommend this training facility to anyone. I love how personable the trainers are and really take the time with the dogs and with you. I have a six month old Doberman and Shelby was our trainer and she did an amazing job. I cannot believe the change and the best part is they are with you even after the training is done!!!

Chrissy did such a good job with Sage, my Labrador. She really dedicates her time and effort to help both the dogs and their owners. Especially in easing with the transition. Sage’s trainer, Chrissy is always eager to help even after Bulletproof’s part of the training. They’re on top of it! I highly recommend.

My husband and I took our two German shepherd mix puppies (about 10 months old) to do the 15 day bulletproof dog training program. They stayed at the New Braunfels location and were trained by Shelbie. They were typical puppies with lots of energy and were basically starting from scratch as far as training goes. We had a really great experience. Sign up was clear and easy. Shelbie was very thorough at explaining what we could expect for our dogs to go through at drop off and reassured us that they would be well taken care of. She answered all of our questions and shared pictures and videos daily of the dogs and their progress as well as keeping us updated on how they were doing overall. I was very excited to pick the dogs up and see their progress in person. Shelbie was amazing at explaining all of the details I needed to know and taking the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. She was very kind and patient while showing and teaching me all of the commands and allowing me to practice with the dogs myself. I was so impressed with everything they had learned and how well they were responding. They have been home for almost three weeks now and I’m still so impressed with our dogs and the continued progress they are making at home. It is such a relief to have commands that I know how to properly use and that my dogs know how to respond to. We love taking them for walks and runs. I also feel like it has deepened our bond with the dogs. Shelbie has truly been so amazing working with us and our dogs. She still continues to answer and help us with any questions/problems we may be having. I would highly recommend this program for others. And a huge thank you to Shelbie for everything she has done for our dogs!
My dog, Stella, went through the board and train program. Chrissy did wonders with her and truly made an everlasting difference with Stella. I can’t recommend enough.

She provided video updates during the training. After we got him back, she checks on us to offer words of encouragement and answer any questions we might have.
