About Butler Dog Training Association
We offer Basic Manners and Obedience Level I and II classes to the public. These classes are taught by qualified instructors and assistants and are based on positive methods. We not only teach basic obedience commands, but we help the owner build a strong working relationship with his dog through respect and understanding. Dog owners are also given mini-overviews on such topics as: nutrition, grooming, first aid, etc. Problem behavior is also a hot topic and covered weekly in classes. We also offer Agility Foundation and Handling classes to the public with qualified instructors guiding handler and dog teams through the basics to the advanced challenges on the course.

My 13 yr old poodle/shitz went blind 7 days ago. I thought he would have some direction in our house but he walks around like hes never lived in it for y yrs. He refuses to walk on leash. HELP what do i do?
I would consult your veterinarian concerning his medical condition first. They will probably have suggestions regarding safe options for prepping your home and working through ways to make things easier. There's also a halo device for you dog that protects them from bumping into things to prevent injury.

Is it possible to train 2 dogs to get along? I have a Maltipoo and a Yorkiepoo. The Yorkiepoo attacks the Maltipoo on sight. Can they be trained to survive in the same environment?

Really learning alot about how to train my puppy. These 4 women are outstanding trainers. It is a ride for us to go there but we'll worth the experience. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs these services!!! Cheyenne is my dogs name and loves to work with the trainers also
Good people who take the time to help you understand and make the corrective measures to move forward. When you leave here after graduation you feel so much better and like you and you pup are that much closer.
Wonderful staff and a great place for training.
Very unprofessional staff. Unable to answer simple questions in a helpful manner. Terrible experience. I have had very positive experiences in the past with trainers and/or training facilities so I was very surprised by the treatment my dog and I received. The trainer was rude and insulting. I recommend trying another facility.
