I had a great experience with CCA. From teaching some of the most basic things I hadn't realized (one example: I'd sent a video of me playing with my dog and found out that most dogs don't like bare floorboards, so I got a couple of rugs and now our dog runs to them and prefers to play on them), to specific questions and strategies about how to handle a reactive dog in a busy city environment. Absolutely worth your money and time.

I can 100% recommend the CCA, I have almost completed the feisty Fido course. My dog is less “feisty” than frozen/shut down fearful and this course has helped with our bond and confidence . She ofcourse has a very long way to go, but they have given clear plans, steps and practical techniques that we can use to help our dogs even once the course is over. Our trainer Lauren is so knowledgeable and has so much experience with fearful and reactive dogs, in addition to being lovely and always prompt at answering any questions or in responding to messages we send. I had been thinking about CCA for a couple of years, but was hesitant trying an online Course as I always felt face to face would be more effective. However -having worked with SO MANY F2F trainers and behaviourists, I can say with confidence , it doesn’t make a difference, in fact I would say Lauren is more responsive than other professionals I have worked with, so you have more input, but importantly they have the specialist experience we needed which many face to face dog professional just don’t have. I wish I had done this years ago.
