Calm Family Dog Training

For anyone looking for dog training, I can’t recommend this place enough. My dog Sonic is one of the highest anxiety dogs I have ever met. He is very skittish and had a lot of trouble focusing and relaxing, which made even the most mundane of tasks nearly impossible. I thought that maybe formal stay away training might help him gain some confidence and learn to relax a little. After two weeks, I was super surprised at the positive changes in Sonic. He still has anxiety moments, but we are able to quickly deescalate, refocus and have been going on walks, which was impossible before. Our day to day lives and interactions are much improved! Susan made things very simple on how to anticipate and manage reactivity in my adult dog, Ozzy. Each week she equipped me with a new training skill, that builds on top of what we learned the previous week. She is rated highly and worth the money for a reason, I saw tremendous results in my dog after spending years of dedicated time training with his reactive personality. My dog was generally well behaved, but he needed some key insight that I did not have to get him to be fully non-reactive to other dogs, and Calm family dog has provided me with the necessary skills to make sure that he could be taken anywhere.
