I can’t say enough good things about Calm on Command! My dog, Mads, just finished their 5-week Board & Train Bootcamp, and the transformation has been incredible. Before training, walks were stressful and unpredictable because of her reactivity. Now, I finally feel confident leaving my apartment with her. Rosie and RJ clearly care deeply about the dogs they work with, and it shows in everything they do, from their consistent communication to the Instagram updates. Mads came home more focused and much easier to work with. If you’re looking for trainers who are not only skilled but genuinely passionate about helping both dogs and owners succeed, I can’t recommend them enough. Mads and I are so grateful!

After seeing two very well trained dogs at Riverside Park and learning that they’d both been trained by Rj and Rosie, I emailed Calm on Command. It was a game changer. From the first ten minutes of our first session Chappie was doing what he’s meant to do. Work. We had six sessions and it has changed our relationship. He loves the drills and games and I love the piece of mind. We can go to a coffee shop or the farmer’s market and people say “what a well-trained dog!” I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Calm On Command K9 is amazing! Our dog, Freya, was anxious and reactive and had an unknown history that clearly included not great stuff. Rosie and Aj were so calm and kind and CLEAR. Doing the 5 week bootcamp completely changed our lives! Our dog went from super-reactive to dogs, kids, and dudes to being able to walk - off leash - through crowds! It was worth every penny and then some. I know I sound over the top, but huge gratitude doesn’t even come close to how we feel. Freya was scared and aggressive when we dropped her off, and has been calm and responsive since coming home. Rosie and Aj are the best at both understanding what’s going on with dogs, but ALSO training people so we can be better! It was hard to figure out the budget to do this, but I am SO SO SO GLAD we did, because it really has changed our lives for the better.
