Calypso Canine

We cannot thank Mike and Crystal enough!! They did an amazing job with our 6 month old German Shepard puppy Grizzly. He was uncontrollable, biting and jumping on us and anyone who came near him. He’s extremely high drive and it was stressful trying to keep him calm. We saw an ad for Calypso Canine on FB and immediately started following them on Instagram and watching all of their videos. We kept up with them for a good 3 months and finally decided to sign him up for the adventure dog training. Mike was great at providing us with information about the training and answered every question we had. We had no clue what to expect because our boy was a crazy one. None the less we were extremely impressed. Grizzly came home a completely new puppy. He listens to every command and loves his new off leash freedom! We have taken him out on trips to tractor supply and Lowe’s and he has been such an angel! We recommend Calypso Canine to everyone. We can now relax and watch tv while we eat and Grizzly will stay put on his place! We are absolutely happy with the results! Thanks again guys! 😁😁

I’ve always wanted a Golden Retriever to be my buddy. When we got our pup we didnt realize how crazy and hyper he could be. Long story short I sent my Golden retriever puppy to Calypso in hopes of being able to have a well behaved pup (hes 6mths). They exceeded our expectations, our boy came home and the biting, jumping, growling stopped!! he follows commands and he can now be out of his crate while we are home without all of us having to be stressed!! If you are looking for training, we highly recommend Calypso, they were a blessing.

Our 10 mo old Husky rescue was a typical out of control nightmare. His constant misbehavior was causing so much stress! He was always looking for something to destroy. Everything was a chew toy to him, including us! He would play way too hard with our 3 other dogs. He had poor recall, would run out the front door any chance he got, pulled hard on the leash and always acted insane when guests arrived. We knew we needed help and spoke to several trainers. We decided to enroll him in Calypso Canines 10 day Dream Dog program. Mike was very informative and let us know what to expect and whole process was very smooth. I had my doubts as to how much can be accomplished in 10 days but WOW. All day long I can’t believe my eyes. Your dog returns to you fully trained on door manners, leash manners, sit, down, behaving with guests in place etc. The dog knows exactly what they are supposed to be doing (which makes things so much easier) if they do get out of line and need correcting at home. They will answer any questions you have when you get home very quick Our dog is so improved in every way that we finally have harmony in our household! THANK YOU CALYPSO CANINE FOR RESTORING THE PEACE!!! 1 mo UPDATE: Our dog has retained everything perfectly! Everyday we are amazed at what a good boy he is and how far we have come! We have been staying consistent with the easy to follow advice given by the trainers and it just gets better and better. His recall is *AMAZING* and thats saying a lot for a young Husky! TY! 5mo update: Today I can say my dogs now excellent recall probably saved his life and definitely saved me from major stress. My housekeeper opened our driveway gate unexpectedly and instead of running out onto military trail he came right to me when I called him from about 500 feet away! perfectly! Thanks again!
