Hello Tracey, it is very disheartening to see that you are continuing to harass us after you were given a refund for your dissatisfaction with services rendered to your daughter's dog back in April. As you were told over the phone our staff was more concerned about your dog potentially ingesting and getting a blockage from the possibility of him chewing up a bed. This was his very first overnight stay with us and us not knowing him personally we were not going to take that risk. Dogs act differently in a kennel environment than they do at home. A blockage can be very life-threatening, especially to a dog of his weight and age. Our concrete floors are smooth and sealed as you saw during your tour of the facility before your free trial day. The floors have been sealed for several years, including when your dog was here. His kennel was cleaned and sanitized every day of his stay as well. Every kennel we have has a bench in it made with a smooth and waterproof material. As far as the photos go, we always encourage our clients to call or text our office to ask for pictures and updates in which our system indicates were sent to the dog's owner on April 22 at 2:21PM. We try to get as many as we can for our clients however we routinely watch 50+ dogs at a time and our focus is on ensuring their care and safety over our staff being on their phones taking pictures. We have the best of the best kennel staff in the industry in our area, our staff has regular safety meetings and is consistently continuing their education when it comes to the care and wellbeing of the dogs in our care. As you've stated in the past, one bad experience does not warrant a 1-star review. We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a better experience elsewhere.

Update: Apologies Shawna, you can understand the confusion as this is the first time we’ve heard from you as the owner of the dog since your stay. If you were in fact refused a tour then I do apologize for that, however we do still have an open door policy. Accusing us of having something to hide while knowing your mother had a tour and was permitted to take pictures for you, just doesn’t make sense. The only circumstances that prevent us from taking clients to the back is when your dog arrives at the kennel, we do not allow owners to take them back to the kennel themselves as it has been known to cause the dog to be distressed. We also have high profile clients that we are contractually obligated to never disclose, that includes during tours. Our trainers may also have behavior modification clients in the back, when those dogs are being moved we limit access to the general public for everyone’s safety. As far as our staff acting annoyed, our staff is only human and their top priority is to care for the dogs. We apologize if they seemed rushed, as we strive to treat everyone like family. After doing some digging we realized it is a pattern for you and your mother to review the same places, good or bad. We send our deepest apologies that we did not meet your standards and prioritized your dog’s health and safety by not giving him something that could be detrimental to his health. We pride ourselves on being a top notch facility and being the best of the best. I hope you have a better experience elsewhere, we will pray for you and your family. Hello again Tracey, please refer to our previous reply to your first review. Purposely making another review under a different name is disheartening to say the least. I don't think you understand how much work goes into running and maintaining a small business in this day in age and reviews such as these can be very harmful to the business. To remind you, this matter was resolved via a refund 5 months ago. To clarify once again you were given a tour of the facility prior to your trial day, as it is protocol for every new client that walks in our door. We have an open-door policy to all of our new and returning clients to allow them to see into the back and how the kennel operates. Our system clearly indicated that there was contact made between Camp K9 staff and the phone number that was provided on April 22 at 2:21PM and April 23 at 3:48PM.
