Camp Lucky Board and Train

A couple weeks after getting him back from a 2 week board & train... We just got back from a week at Emerald Isle and Ranger did GREAT!! He played with a friend's kids and was sooo gentle with them. The 7 year old girl walked him around A LOT on the beach and he didn't pull her a bit. We had him off leash for A LOT of the time and he listened perfectly! Never got more than about 50' from any of us. It was his first car ride longer than about an hour and a half AND his first time seeing the sea, and he was a CHAMP! He listened sooo well even when he was over stimulated! His Heel is much better. We just took him to play with my Mom's chihuahua and he was excited but still gentle with him. They played great for over and hour and he listened the whole time. Can't thank Jessie & Camp Lucky enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jessie at Camp Lucky. We adopted Nala, the sweetest american pit bull terrier from the shelter and had been working on training her for almost a year - she is smart but stubborn. She was leash aggressive outside, dragged us around with zero regard to our commands, and resource guarded around other dogs. We were scared what she might do around other dogs and were past the point of knowing what to do, until we got in contact with Jessie. Due to Nala’s unknown background of what her life was like before the shelter, I was worried her behavior was just how she was - but Jessie showed us this was not the case. Nala did a 3 week board and train with Jessie and came back to us completely transformed into a well behaved dog. Jessie truly listened to our concerns and worries, took the time to explore those with Nala, and educated us on how we can provide her structure and confidence. He kept us updated every day with pictures and videos on her progress. Not only is Jessie extremely knowledgeable, you can tell how much he loves and cares for each dog he’s training - and Nala seemed to love him just as much. Additionally, after the training he made it very clear that he was available for any follow up questions or concerns at any time. I am no longer embarrassed to go out in public with Nala, or dragged down a flight of stairs due to lack of leash control. If you are in need or training for your dog, I highly recommend Camp Lucky.

Our dog, Josie has so much energy and was to the point of being out of control. She pulled on the leash, lunged at other dogs, charged at the door when someone even approached the door, and went berserk when she heard the doorbell. She went to Camp Lucky for 2 weeks where she stayed and trained with Jessie Robinson. He sent us video report cards everyday that were absolutely incredible. She is still high energy, but with Jessie's expert training, she responds to commands and is very manageable. When he brought Josie home, Jessie spent several hours with us, teaching us the commands to use with her. He has made one follow up visit and is available by phone for any issues we may have. I highly recommend Camp Lucky Board and Train. Their goal is to assure that you and your dog enjoy your life together. I am extremely pleased with the training Josie (and Rich and I) received.
