Shocked and DISAPPOINTED. We used this facility for their boarding for the first time. We have a 1 year old Labradoodle that they cared for 4 days or so. My wife went to pick him up and got there at 11:56 am -- they advertise that dogs need to be picked up by 12:00 pm. The owner blasted us (not Exaggerating) because now she has to pay overtime now, they need to go to lunch, ect... we simply said, we're here before THEIR deadline. (sounds like she needs to improve better business practice, and change her pick up deadline, a good business owner take account of stuff like this) -- she than blasts us that our dog was terrible and wouldnt stop telling us that (owner could have use this opportunity to upsell us their training or even private training, we would have signed up and paid, again poor business practice) -- We dont recommend this place at all. I believe a good dog trainer has the mindset there is no such thing as a "terrible" dog, they just need some training. She not only lost business but blew chances to make more money.
