Canine Academy Columbus

We sent our high energy, easily excited gsp mix to canine academy before we had our first baby. The whole team was great at being flexible with us, with timing and length of stay. When we picked up our pup and introduced her to our new baby we were pleasantly shocked at how well mannered she was. It was such a relief! The training has integrated well within our daily life and we are beyond happy we made the decision to send her as it’s given us all more freedom and enjoyment. Our trainer Ashley was AMAZING! Treated our pup like her own, and it was clear that Canine Academy values the relationship with the dogs. We couldn’t recommend more!

We brought our 2-year-old Lab, Benny, to Canine Academy for training with Shannon, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Shannon did a great job, and we’ve been getting so many compliments on how much better behaved Benny is. We also board Benny with Canine Academy and have always had great experiences. We especially love getting pictures throughout his stay. It’s so nice to see him having fun and being well cared for! We highly recommend Canine Academy!

Very much appreciate Canine Academy. They have trained two dogs for me over the last seven years. Most recently my five month old Goldendoodle completed his eight day board and train. Our trainer, Shannon, was wonderful with Beau! Most dogs don’t reach their full potential as their owners don’t have the time, or knowledge, to properly train them. Most dogs want to please - but they don’t understand how to do so. With Board and Train, your dog gets the time, attention and repetition to learn how to behave, be calm and please. Board and train isn’t just for the dog…it’s about teaching the owner how to communicate with their dog, so that you are both pleased! Canine Academy does a nice job teaching the dogs and their owners! Board and Train, with Canine Academy, is one of the best investments I make with my dogs. It’s a game changer for you and your dog!

We had a great experience with Canine Academy and Kayla with Juniper’s Board and Train program. She came home happy, confident, and with a great foundation to continue building on. She is thriving after her training, and we have seen such a positive difference in her. We are already looking forward to signing her up for their Public Access Training once she is a year old. We would definitely recommend Canine Academy!

Shannon was our trainer for Monty and she was fantastic. She was very positive yet firm with him. She communicated with us throughout his time at the academy and put our minds at ease. In the follow up training session Shannon was able to see what was and wasn’t working and really helped us understand what we needed to do to get Monty to listen to us. I will recommend Canine Academy to anyone who is struggling with their pup.
