Reviews are an excellent way of judging a business, I check them all the time but in the end they are an opinion and everyone has one. I have trained my dogs and also worked with Debbie for many years, she has worked very hard to maintain her excellent work ethic helping people help their dogs for around 50 years. Working with the public is not always easy, you can't please everyone all the time, as hard as you try there will be someone that won't be happy for some reason. I have watched Debbie work with some of the most aggressive dogs and the most shy dogs and somehow she manages to turn them around, it is not always an easy job but somehow she keeps her cool and gets the dog working for her almost like magic. One of the hardest jobs sometimes is getting the owners on board on how to work with their dogs, and unless you work with her and understand what she is trying to tell you, your results won't always be to your liking, it's up to you the owner to work with her to achieve good results. It's easy to go home and sit behind a key board and give a bad review. Before someone gives a bad review for any business they should explain to the owner why they are not happy and try to resolve the situation before you try and ruin someone's business with a bad review. I will let Canine Academy reviews speak for themselves, you will find most 5 Star reviews, that is amazing for someone in business for so many years. Your Dog is in good hands with Debbie.

After 3 months and countless frustrating, I'm happy to say DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE FOR BEHAVIRIOAL ISSUES. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE WHILE STEALING YOUR MONEY THEN BLAME YOU FOR IT NOT WORKING. They don't care about your dog, they only competition train. Every time I brought my dog back to the class I lost all progress I had made with a very easily terrified smaller dog. She didn't care he was terrified and couldn't pay attention because of it, and he suffered for it. I refuse to take my dog back there, so after almost 900$, I'm a little perturbed. Only had one class left too, but that trainer is a detriment to my pup. I wouldn't even except a refund at this point. Is rather use it as a down payment on a billboard that says "DOG ACADEMY of Penndel, Pa is INCOMPETENT". This has been my ted talk. c'est la vie
