Our experience with Canine by Design was a 5 out of 5 from day one. Setting everything up was a breeze. We had two mini goldendoodles we enrolled in ten week private training sessions. We had a girl with major anxiety and a boy with major reactivity to other dogs. Our trainer, Mason, could not have been any better. He was thorough, patient and completely knowledgeable. He was constantly trying to find different ways he could help us and improve both dogs as well as teach us the skills we needed to continue training after pur experiencewas over. He always addressed any concerns we had and we felt completely comfortable with him. Our anxious girl is a completely different dog. She has more confidence and truly seems happier. Our reactive boy barely pays attention to other dogs. He still has moments we have to correct him, but obviously his learning is an ongoing process and because we did the training with them, we have learned how to handle those situations and how to continue their training at home. We would recommend Canine by Design and especially Mason to anyone!

The personalized training by Canine by Design was such a game changer for our family. Our two pups, who are adorable to us, were lunging at adults and children, chasing delivery personnel and door dashing. We were completely overwhelmed. We chose to do the board and train program and Mason, our trainer, has a great intuition about dogs and helped us learn techniques to manage our highly anxious dogs. We loved that our dogs were not kept in a facility but were boarded in Mason’s home and were treated as if they were his own. He helped us recognize their strengths and weaknesses and aided our pups in learning how to be around other animals and people. Now our dogs are obedient and simply a joy to be with. Our own lives have been enriched by this process and we highly recommend Mason and Canine by Design if you are looking for a quality program.

We had a pretty good boy that just needed some guidance and structure. Mason from Canine by design helped us with some problem behaviors, recall issues, and structure that allowed us more control (safety) over our new rescue. The process was very helpful for us to learn a new skill and form a closer bond with our new kiddo.

I can't recommend Canine by Design highly enough—they are incredible! My mini poodle, Toby, initially went through a board and train program with Amber, where he learned leash manners and gained confidence, helping to alleviate his anxiety. Since then, we've continued with private training sessions and regular boarding with either Amber or Kota. It's such a relief knowing our puppy is not only safe while we're away but also having a wonderful time with people who genuinely care about him. Canine by Design consistently goes above and beyond!
