Canine Campus

We couldn’t be happier with the team at Canine Campus. We’ve taken two puppies through their basics and puppy classes over the last 8 years and have been so impressed with their level of knowledge and care they’ve shared. This is the place if you’re looking for a training approach grounded in behavioral science. The most notable way this team stands out is how they monitor and carefully select playmates during post-class puppy play sessions and daycare. We feel confident in their care and that they will only allow for positive learning experiences for our dogs.

Our vet referred us to Deven at Canine Campus. Deven is absolutely wonderful! She worked with us for over a year helping us with our sweet dog who was previously abused and had behavioral issues. We had home visits and regular phone consultations. With her help he made remarkable and consistent progress. Deven is incredibly kind, skilled, and professional. She is a great communicator and educator. She LOVES her canine clients. We are forever grateful for her support, her caring, her wisdom and her knowledge.

Was referred here by two people I highly respect and still think highly of. Made a mistake assuming Deven had the same credibility. For all who are considering training here, I would just say, keep a skeptical mind. Ask a lot of questions. Note when answers are direct or evasive. Do your own research regarding what you're being told. Ask yourself if you're being provided facts and allowed to come to your own conclusions or whether you're being heavily persuaded. Is she listening to you? Does she have an open mind? In my experience, she makes a lot of assumptions, pretends to more knowledge than she has, and is really, really fond of her own opinions.
