Canine City

I recently sent my dog Luna to Canine City’s board and train program. I am extremely impressed with the results. Luna struggled with separation anxiety and minor behavioral issues. Luna was also uncomfortable around other dogs. After just a few weeks, Luna’s progress has been unbelievable. Canine City has a great program. Andy Crate trained Luna, and this gave us the tool we needed to help Luna with her separation anxiety. Andy taught Luna several commands to assist in managing minor behavioral concerns. Andy also took the time to educate me on how to maintain the training at home. Thanks to Andy and the Canine City team, Luna’s anxiety issues are manageable. This will allow us to take her on weekend getaways. This will be life changing for Luna and my family. If you are looking for an experienced trainer that delivers fantastic results, I recommend Andy and the Canine City team.

I can’t say how greatful we are to Andy for helping us with out girl. His patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. We have seen great progress with the issues we had with her and know that she will do great with the things to come. The biggest takeaway from this training is that the dogs only fail if the owners fail. Consistency is the biggest part. There’s obviously more work to be done on our part but with the things Andy has taught her and us, I have no doubt she will do great! We highly recommend Andy and canine city!

Andy was clear about the expectations for the program and took the time to understand the specific areas we wanted to improve. We loved getting periodic updates through Instagram stories. Our dog had a major pulling issue on-leash, and Andy not only helped correct this behavior but also taught us the proper techniques and tools to maintain progress. He also improved our dog's responsiveness to commands and showed us how to reinforce them effectively. Training is an ongoing journey, but thanks to Andy, we've seen a huge improvement and feel confident moving forward. Highly recommend!

Had a really great experience dropping off Bishop for his 10 day 3 hours a day training sessions. Andy made me feel that Bishop was completely safe and well cared for in his home and facility. Bishop felt the same by his reaction each day being dropped off.🩵 Andy’s calm confident demeanor, knowledge and implementation of training techniques personalized to my individual dog have helped us tremendously. I would 100% recommend Andy for training, day care, boarding. I will be setting up ongoing daycare/social drop off days for Bishop to continue having Andy’s guidance.
