WARNING: THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT SANITARY AND HAS HAD KENNEL COUGH WHICH HASN'T BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED! (This review was edited from its original version) Robin was beyond helpful and gave me so many tips with our free evaluation. I was looking forward to puppy kindergarten... all was well the first 2 weeks and then my puppy got very sick, he then got my 1 yr old bulldog VERY sick (he died less than a week later). I was BESIDE myself and spent $400+ on a respiratory test for the puppy to find out he had kennel cough!!! I called the owner Bruce immediately to warn him of the disease that clearly had come from his establishment (we are talking beginning COVID 19 quarantine for which I didn't leave my house AT ALL except for training/vet appts). I was extremely concerned because kennel cough is highly contagious and this was 2 days BEFORE Thanksgiving, when many people board their animals. He NEVER returned my calls... I called over and over again finally reaching him well after the holiday. He was curt, rude and very dismissive of my concerns and warnings. I explained that I was no longer comfortable coming to their facility and would like a full refund of my money for training (he wanted to pro rate for the 2 classes we took but I was out over $3000. Trying to save my other dogs life because of this - he had the nerve to ask me if I had done a necropsy to prove it was kennel cough!!!). He reluctantly agreed to return my tuition payment in full.... and here we are 5 1/2 months later (3 more phone calls in) and I STILL have not gotten my money back!!! Bruce is clearly all about the mighty dollar and couldn't care less about the health and well being of your fur babies. RIP Nipsy 11/17/2020 💔😢
