Sir, you and I both know that this is a revenge review since you clearly threatened us with a negative review on the phone over settling your debt. You were a customer for boarding from Friday December 22nd until Wednesday December 28th. During this span of 6 days, we boarded your dogs Pixie and Onyx in our large dog steel bar crates for anxious dogs that are designed for dogs up to 100Lbs. Your dogs received the same high standard care we provide for all of our clients which includes at a minimum breakfast and dinner of the food you provided for them. 8 outside walks and potty breaks as well as time on our dog treadmills. You mention our excessive pricing of 50$ per day of which you were only charged for 5 days per dog instead of the 6 days mentioned above. You were asked to pay 25% down and the remaining 75% when dropping off your dogs. When I had noticed that you were not charged on the day of drop off or the day of pick up, I called you to settle your invoice you informed me that you had already paid with the girl working the night you dropped off stating “the girl swiped my card”. I asked if you had a statement for the charge and you said yes, I asked for you to let me call you back after I look into the situation. I pulled all of my finance reports from the 21st 22nd 23rd and the 28th. After pulling my reports I was unable to find any proof that you had ever made a payment and called you back. I informed you that I could not find any proof of payment on my end, however offered to disregard your invoice if you could show me the statement from your bank. When I requested this you immediately became defensive demanding an invoice and threatening me with a negative review. I emailed you the invoice as demanded which was paid with haste after hanging up on me. We pride ourselves on the care and comfort we can provide animals during their boarding and training time here at Canine College.
