Canine Companion

Disappointing. I signed up for a puppy class and was told there would be 3 other puppies in the class. This is the main reason I signed up - I wanted my pup to be around other dogs from an early age for socialization. My first class was postponed because the other 2 pups (now down to 2 others) couldn’t make it. As I was on my way to the second class, Beth called to apologize but I would be the only client. The other pup’s owner (now down to 1 other pup) couldn’t find a babysitter. I agreed to go ahead and meet since I was on my way. She then admitted she didn’t have any other pups signed up. She was willing to bring her adult dog to meet my pup. That did not go as planned. He was too ‘eager’ to meet a puppy. I asked if there were any classes I could join and she did not have any available at that time. So I asked for a partial refund - she at first declined but later offered it. I appreciate that but have still not received the refund - first offered Jan 30, 2023. Still waiting to hear back from her. Update 3/4/23: Refund was received after I posted this review and sent her another email asking about it. She said she had a family emergency and that’s why it was so late. I wish she had communicated that before I had to follow up. I appreciate the refund.
