Canine Connection specializes in the emotional wall being of dogs. They rotate the dogs between rest time and play time in groups and have 24hr human supervision on site. They also figure out the environment each dog prefers: couch, office, chair, crate, kennel, etc. So it’s not the least expensive boarding option in town. It’s also not automatic. They will want to meet your dog and see how it interacts with other dogs before you make a reservation.

Theo is my 3rd Brittany that has gone through Canine Connection training but my first to use for day care and boarding. I think so highly of Canine Connection that I drive from Redding to Chico to use their services. All the staff members are just so friendly and concerned in the care of the dogs. And Day Care is always a wonderful day for Theo to play with his friends as I go play with mine. We both go home to Redding happy. I have a smile on my face and Theo falls contentedly asleep.🙂❤

Cannot rave enough about this place. We started with taking our energetic German Shepherd Rescue pup to puppy kindergarten there. 3 German Shepherds later, I can say that the classes have changed our relationship w our dogs over the years. We love playcare and boarding also. The staff is so so loving and my dog runs in and never looks back! They teach owners to see the world through the eyes of their dog and it helps SO much. This is my current girl, Surf and her BFF at playcare.

Sarah and her team are smart, attentive, and truly here to educate you and your fur baby! When I go out of town there is only one place in town I trust to take care of my baby the way I would, except here! It feels so good to know I can trust the entire team at Canine Connection. Thank you for the best education courses and home away from home. You are all the best and have helped make me a muchhhh better dog owner than I would have been left to my own devices 😂
