Canine Connection specializes in the emotional wall being of dogs. They rotate the dogs between rest time and play time in groups and have 24hr human supervision on site. They also figure out the environment each dog prefers: couch, office, chair, crate, kennel, etc. So it’s not the least expensive boarding option in town. It’s also not automatic. They will want to meet your dog and see how it interacts with other dogs before you make a reservation.

We have been customer of Canine Connection for 6 years now when we moved into Chico. We use them for play dates, overnight stays and grooming. Highly recommended.
My dog loves to go to daycare at Canine Connection! Since she started going there she’s developed better social skills with other dogs and become more well-rounded. Their guiding principle of using positive reinforcement training is not just humane, but extremely effective.
