Canine Connoisseur Relationship-based Dog Training

We had a wonderful experience training our dog with Canine Connoisseur! Nicholas is very knowledgeable and is great with dogs. He taught us a lot about dog behavior and the fundamentals of effective training. We adopted an older dog from the shelter, and she struggles with confidence and social skills. We did several in-person sessions, and we were able to safely evaluate her ability to interact with strangers and other dogs. We now feel much better equiped to improve not only her obedience, but ber social quirks as well. We definitely recommend Canine Connoisseur to anyone!

Our dog was reacting to other dolls and animals while on walks. It was so bad she pulled my wife off her feet. We had to either get obedience training or get rid of the dog. That's when we contacted Nick. Nick worked with us and with Daisy and helped us get things under control. He was patient with us and our dog, explaining and showing us how to help her understand what we expect from her. He also showed us the proper timing of reward and corrections. Nick is reasonably priced and flexible to fit in our schedule. We would recommend him to any who need help with their dogs.

Nick is super knowledgeable on dogs and dog training. He made the process simple and gave us the ability and information to train them ourselves. You can tell he absolutely cares for each and every dog that comes to his training. That was important for us and he exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend him enough for any of your dogs’ needs. We went to Nick for training with both of our dogs for different things and both of our dogs showed great results and really enjoyed Nick. The puppy class was great and gave us good skills on how to socialize and train our puppy when we got him. Private lessons were also very informative and helpful. Our other dog was reactive to dogs, but after private lessons with Nick she does so much better and hardly reacts to dogs on walks now. It made a huge difference for her and for us. Again, we could not recommend The Canine Connoisseur more!!
