We founded Canine Country Academy in order to improve relationships between dogs and owners. We strive to show you and your dog how to better relate to one another using respect, communication and cooperation. Utilizing only positive reinforcement training methods, you and your dog will be treated with kindness, compassion and understanding.

Special thank you to Amy Baumann who has been so kind, insightful, and helpful throughout this journey. She has provided us with great tips and took the time to understand our troubles. I appreciate her “open door” approach and welcomes any questions before and after class. My puppy also LOVES her! We can’t thank her enough!
This class was perfect for socializing our pup with other puppies during such a developmentally important time so we are grateful! He was introduced to new people, dogs, sights, smells, and sounds. Super beneficial!
My puppy is always excited to run into class every week. It’s so cute!

We've done two sets of classes and a private session here. Both were extremely helpful. We've had dogs all our lives, but it had been almost 13 years since we had a puppy (and this dog was dofferent- and we are at a different stage). While there is a lot of info online, it helped me to have classes to stay on task with training and to be able to ask questions. It's a great facility with knowledgeable trainers to train YOU to live a better life with your doggo.
