The woman who ran the training classes was very passive aggressive and rude towards us. The woman who ran the training classes was very passive aggressive and rude towards us. We had a very energetic, easily excitable puppy and every time it jumped on her she would give us dirty looks and would just tell us “she needs to learn to not jump”. Very unprofessional. One time, she kept grabbing our puppy by her collar and attempted to force her to sit, our puppy peed on her shoe due to fear. I’m honestly shocked that this lady is even a trainer. She didn’t help anyone, she just stood at the front of the class and told us what to do without demonstrating with each individual puppy. Extremely unprofessional.
We hired Canine Craze to address one particular issue with a rescue dog. Over three sessions costing more that $100 an hour, this issue was directly addressed for roughly 15 minutes. We hired Canine Craze to address one particular issue with a rescue dog. Over three sessions costing more that $100 an hour, this issue was directly addressed for roughly 15 minutes. Weeks later, the problem came to a head and cost me extreme financial and physical loss. I would not repeat the experience with this outfit. $100+ training sessions were a few minutes of the trainer demonstrating a skill and then watching us perform it and chit chatting. Hire someone else.
Really enjoying classes here. Becky & other instructors explain the how and why very well. Highly reccomend.
