Canine Learning Centers

My 3 year old Labrador Retriever has just been certified as a Therapy Dog. Two years ago when we walked into our first training class with Laura Christiansen, Wally was a wacky, wild, yahoo, let's get crazy kind of boy!!! I could barely control him on his leash!!! Today, Wally is a Therapy Dog visiting Assisted Living and Memory Care Centers. He also visits children with learning disabilities so they can "read" their stories to him. Our classes with Laura were invaluable.... She trained me first, then together we taught Wally those life lessons on how to be the best dog ever! Slow and steady, Wally caught on and today he is remarkable. Thank you Laura and Canine Learning Center.

I brought my puppy to Puppy Kindergarten at Canine Learning Center and had a wonderful experience. The facility is clean and comfortable, and Laura is very skilled at facilitating various learning opportunities for the puppies and their humans. She offered a variety of helpful tips to teach your puppy learn to settle, come when called, crate training, and stair climbing tips. She included some beginner agility activities for the puppies as well. The class also included some supervised play among the puppies, and Laura was very good at keeping like-tempered puppies grouped together. This class was a great introduction for both new and experienced puppy owners who may need a refresher on some of the basics. I found Laura to be patient and knowledgeable. I will absolutely enroll my puppy in another class here.

Laura Christiansen has given us the opportunity to become strong, structured and loving leaders for our very great puppy. We have been in Puppy Kindergarten, Beginner Obedience, Beginner Practice Class, Puppy Learn and Play, Canine Good Citizen and Freedom Unleashed within a year. Every class has brought us new challenges in our adventure to raise a well balanced puppy. Every step of the way, we have felt encouraged and empowered by Laura to train our puppy to be a great dog.
