Would highly recommend against working with this company. They scheduled an interview/meet and greet to make sure the Nala was a fit. However, they no showed no called for this meeting which was at their own house that had 2 cars in the driveway and 1 parked in front of the house. I called multiple times, sent text messages, and rang the doorbell. Waited 20 minutes before leaving. 2 days later still not even a message apologizing for wasting my time. Beyond unprofessional and untrustworthy. Do not leave your animals with them.

Hi Lane, We sincerely apologize that your scheduled consultation was missed and that you were left waiting without communication. Under normal circumstances, this would never be acceptable or representative of how we operate our business. Unfortunately, our family experienced an unexpected and serious emergency that began Thursday and resulted in several days at the hospital. We were not discharged until this morning. During that time, our business phone and responsibilities at home were left in the hands of someone who unexpectedly had an enormous amount placed on their plate, and unfortunately, your consultation was missed in the process. As soon as members of our team saw this review, they sent it to me, and I personally reached out to you immediately to apologize and explain the circumstances. I fully acknowledged that, from your perspective, being left waiting was frustrating and that you had every right to be upset. I also asked whether, after understanding that the lack of communication was the result of a genuine family emergency, you would consider updating your review. You made it very clear that you would not and referred to both me and my company as a “complete joke.” While we accept responsibility for the missed consultation, we do not believe that one missed appointment during an extraordinary family emergency makes us “untrustworthy” or supports telling others not to leave their animals in our care—particularly when you have never used our services or entrusted an animal to us. Those statements have no basis in any experience with the quality or safety of the care we provide. We are human beings running a small family business, and sometimes devastating and completely unexpected circumstances happen. We are incredibly grateful for the many families who have actually trusted us with their dogs and can speak firsthand about the level of care we provide. We wish you and Nala the best and hope you find a trainer who is a good fit for you.

A few issues here. 1- do not keep accurate shot records for pets. Never asked to update my dogs shots over years coming (and probably didnt regulate other dogs med records after initial submission), which is concerning from a health standpoint. 2. My dog would often get rashes or bad diarrhea for days after day care here. 3. Last straw, I was scheduled for daycare and grooming appt for my dog, and they cancelled and wouldnt accept her upon arrival bc i dropped the dog off late (the dog stays for a whole day and never informed me drop off times were set or shared their policy regarding, nor did they reach out to see if I was coming before cancelling. So my boyfriend drove out there for no reason, and my dog wont be groomed for our holiday trip tomorrow. Take your pups somewhere clean and official, not here.

Anytime im headed out of town and cannot wrangle a friend into watching my dog, I know that K9 Linguistics has got me covered. They take great care of my pet and know a lot about dog training. I think the prices are fair and the people running it are knowledgeable and friendly.

Best decision we’ve made for our dog! From first contact, to the day we picked up our dog, Rose and Angel were clear on our goals for Leon, kept constant commutation flow, and had the patient to deal with our questions/concerns throughout his stay. Leon did the board and train program to help his anxiety, leash reactivity, and impulse control. Through proper structure and teaching him boundaries , Rose was able to teach Leon how to behave during certain environments. He listens, is patient, and wants to work! He likes the structures and it gives him purpose . During his stay, they took care of all his daily meals, medication, and even gave him baths! Thank you again Rose and Angel for taking care of Leon and giving us the freedom and confidence to take Leon anywhere! ❤️
