Having recently just getting a siberian husky puppy, I knew I wanted to find him a dog trainer. I had concerns about horror stories I’ve heard with boarding and training facilities where the dogs were neglected or abused, so I knew I had to do my due diligence on finding the best option. What I didn’t know is that Canine Linguistics would be the most perfect fit, better than I could have even imagined. Rose, Erin, and Angel bonded with my pup in the best possible way and showed him so much love, care, training, and attention. After getting him back from his boarding and training program his temperament was so evidently well mannered and when I run into strangers in public they always compliment him for being so calm and so well trained. You can definitely tell they treat every dog there like their own and go above and beyond to make sure your dog is safe, happy, and comfortable. I’m genuinely so grateful to have met them and will continue my pup’s journey with their aid. They go above and beyond even with offering to take your pup to vet appointments, dropping off fecal samples, etc. During his stay they took him on many public outings to cafes, stores, parks, and so forth. They even did swimming lessons which he enjoyed :) They also kept up with his grooming weekly and taught him to get used to his paws being touched, something huskies are notoriously dramatic over. My pup is extremely socialized and does super well with other dogs, children, and people. He is constantly told that he is “so calm for a husky.” My favorite part is how non reactive he is, as I’ve seen many other reactive dogs where their owners felt as though they couldn’t bring their dog with them anywhere and I didn’t want to share that experience. His training is so detailed down to him knowing not to jump at/pull/run ahead when a door is opened and to instead wait on his handler to then move at their command. He even walks right at my side on the leash and is trained to not pull ahead, something I’m extremely thankful for as I am not physically strong enough to hold bigger, excited, eager dogs back. I truly believe that with the right love and attention and training, any dog can be transformed. I’m so grateful to Rose and her team for putting so much love into my dog. If you’re looking for the most loving fit possible for your furry friend, look no further. I’ve already recommended Canine Linguistics to both my friends and strangers who have met my pup on the street. Thank you Rose, Erin, and Angel again. I love how much you love him.
