When I first came to Canine Magic, I was kind lost and discouraged. I had spent so much time and energy previously with my Moose at a different training facility, but I just couldn't seem to get anything right. After our initial evaluation with Terry, I knew this time was going to be different! By the time we "graduated", Moose and I really understood each other. We've moved on to group classes and my confidence has skyrocketed. I can't thank Terry enough for her patience and understanding while helping me overcome my training fears.

Terry is a wonderful trainer. The classes were very informative and the training works so well! It’s hard work but if you commit yourself to following all of the rules the results are amazing. Our rescue was quite stubborn and overactive and did not know how to sit before training and now he knows all his commands and listens well without losing any of his personality. Terry was even willing to talk me through some issues with him a year after our training classes ended. It’s great to have her as a resource whenever we need guidance with our dog’s behavior.

Canine Magic accommodated our busy schedule with private lessons for our new puppies. We could not be happier...after just one lesson the puppies (and us) were already learning! We finished the lessons and are moving to the group and can't wait to see the continued progress. Mike, the trainer, was so patient and understanding with us and explained the how's and why's. Terry was always so prompt with returning messages and answering any questions. I would give them 10 stars if I was able to.
