Canine Movement Lab

We have gotten to know Leah with Canine Movement Lab for a little time now and her passion for working with animals, love for providing the best care and experience are unmatched. Leah took care of our 2 Golden-doodles and needless to say we will definitely be utilizing her services again. Before leaving she collected all of our dogs schedules, information and preferences. Leah not only delivered by following all of the directions that we provided, as requested, but also made sure to send us pictures of our girls everyday, updates on how they were doing and made sure she spent ample time with them each day. Leah also went above and beyond by ensuring our house was looked after and even brought our packages inside while we were out of town. Chattanooga is lucky to have Canine Movement Lab and Leah here to provide an amazing experience/stay for our furry friends!

Leah’s knowledge and guidance have been invaluable to me for a number of years now in working with two of my rescue dogs. I’ve seen massive improvements in their cooperation, trust, calmness and obedience in this time - they LOVE the work, and I love having manageable well-behaved dogs. Leah’s methods go deeper than your average dog training and are rooted in some fascinating science from a range of disciplines. Luckily, she has a real talent for distilling these concepts and explaining them in a way the rest of us can understand! It’s great that I can learn from Leah remotely via online courses and zoom consults since we live so far away. We have especially enjoyed the Somatic Hound course where we came away feeling much more emotionally balanced, in tune and with a wide array of new tools to help us hold on to that feeling. I really can’t recommend her services enough.

I’ve been learning remotely from Leah and Canine Movement Lab for over four years and highly recommend all of their offerings. Their classes, webinars, and community support have helped me navigate life with my reactive/aggressive dog and my fearful dog. Leah has been a wonderful help for me and my dogs. Even though we live in different states, I have found her services to be invaluable with my Springer Spaniel who can be reactive, high energy and basically a handful. Yesterday we brought home an 11 week old miniature Dachshund and I had been worried that Dottie would attack the puppy. But thanks to Leah's coaching and the hours I have put in implementing her training techniques, Dottie has behaved beautifully with the puppy. You could not do better than to work with Leah, either virtually or if you are lucky enough, in person. Leah trained for many years with Kevin Behan who developed the Natural Dog Training theory and method. I have shown dogs in obedience competition using many training methods, but by far Natural Dog Training is the best way to connect with your dog and leah is the best to show you how.
