Steve is the absolute best! Not only is he a great trainer, he’s an even better human. He is thorough, compassionate, and super kind to every dog he trains. His ability to genuinely connect with the pups and their owners is a true gift. Our dog came home after the three week program disciplined but still himself. Steve also holds a super educational class upon graduation and offers follow up help and group sessions. I would recommend Steve and his business to anyone and everyone!

I can’t fully express how grateful I am for Steve and his training. For years, my dog Margot struggled with human and dog aggression, and I had almost accepted the limitations that came with it. Steve completely changed that. He helped me understand Margot’s reactivity and gave her a new way of seeing the world—one where she can move through life more calmly and confidently. I just picked her up from his board-and-train program and am beyond proud of the progress she’s made. For the first time, I’m excited to keep training, walk her without fear, and take her around other dogs and people. Steve’s work has truly given Margot a second chance at a fuller, happier life.

Steve with K9 Nation took such great care of our dog during the 3 week board and train. We got video and text updates throughout the process to see his progress. It was clear how quickly our dog progressed with the care and training provided by K9 Nation. We are so happy with all our dog has learned and how much we have learned through the dog owner training. We got to practice and get pointers with the trainer once the board and train was complete and they provide free group training sessions once you complete the program to help with any hick ups or help needed in the future. The full facility will be completed soon and have so much more to offer and we will definitely return!
