How old the puppy can take ?
A puppy needs to have their first shots, and then they can attend class. This is a good facility and will be very helpful for raising your puppy.

Puppies can begin class as early as 7-8 weeks. The AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) recommends 1 round of shots to enter a puppy class. Classes are held indoors in a sterile environment.

We like the way Bethany observes, thinks out loud, and then picks a course of action (or inaction!). She definitely seems to understand where our Belle is coming from and what she needs in order to build confidence and therefore, experience some calm. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I have been bringing a shelter dog named Jelly to Canine PhD for a couple sessions now and have already seen lots of improvements in a very short window of time! Jelly has struggled with some “stranger danger” issues since being surrendered to our shelter. Meredith and her team are wonderful and have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They provide excellent hands-on work with their training classes/private lessons, as well as send follow-up information to help with training at home! They have been so generous to us and we would not be where we are at without them! 5-stars is not enough for everything that they do. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than Canine PhD!
I love Canine PhD. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! The people are great and I love that my puppy can attend the puppy socials and learn to play. I learn a great deal as well which is most important.
Best training facility in Atlanta! I’ve learned a lot about my dogs through their workshops, seminars, and classes and I’m looking forward to working on my puppy’s PhD with them. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and owner, I highly recommend Canine PhD!
