Canine Phd is THE BEST dog training center in Atlanta - period. After wasting thousands of dollars with two other “top” training facilities (including board and train, in-home private lessons and group classes) our extremely reactive Standard Poodle could not be walked down the street or be around guests in our house. Our last try for help was Canine Phd. I wish it had been the first! Their rewards approach provides a safe, happy place for you and your canine and includes board and train, private or group classes in a facility where the environment can be controlled for both social and work sessions along with offering in-home private lessons. The facility even includes a swimming pool for aquatic training! Under Meredith’s hands-on leadership she and her amazing certified trainers work as a team to conquer any of your dog’s challenges. Every person at the facility is a caring and talented professional including the schedulers! Thanks to CPhd, our dog is now able to walk without reacting when passing the many moving vehicles, people and other dogs in the neighborhood. He can greet people in my house without lunging and barking at them and for the first time is experiencing the fun of playing with other dogs. Our boy still has work to do but this is definitely the right place. Canine Phd has allowed us to keep the dog we love as an integral part of our family life. I cannot recommend Canine PhD highly enough : 10 Stars is not enough!!!
