The guys at CPI are extremely professional and well-coordinated. They delivered our dog, York, and helped 3 people learn to handle him as efficiently as possible. He has been behaving extremely well since receiving him and it has been an awesome experience overall. They have not hesitated to answer any of my questions regarding York and have been very helpful throughout the entire process. I would 100% go back to them for another dog in the future.

CPI has trained 3 dogs for us and we are about to get three more trained from them. Our dog Helga goes everywhere with us - OFF leash. And everyone is amazed at how she walks right next to us and isn’t distracted by anything or anyone. When it comes to protection we feel safe at night with our five kids and our CPI dogs in the home guarding the family. If you are wanting a family protection dog - you will not be disappointed. I am a returning customer of CPI. I originally purchased an amazing female named Xenia, and I truly didn’t think I could ask for a better dog. This year she passed away and although she can never be replaced, I longed for another companion and protection dog. I reached out to the owner of the company Alex Bois who helped me find the perfect dog for my needs. The entire experience was amazing, Alex took the time to listen to my specific needs to find me the perfect dog, "Walter". I had some special request for extra training, which Alex and his team executed perfectly. I wanted the dog to do a brace command, assist me in stressful situations, and to circle me when crowds get big. Since the day of delivery me and my dog Walter were so in tune I haven't needed to use a leash. What's most astounding is how chill Walter is in my home and his ability to go from 0 to 100 with a single command. Almost all the protection exercises we did while transferring Walter to me were with no equipment. Meaning Walter heard the command given, looked for the threat, saw them and showed aggression. I was so amazed and blown away by this. This is the difference between CPI and the other companies I have researched, everything they do whether it's obedience, or protection is functional for my life. Walter is so confident and easy going that you would never expect him to be a protection dog, that is, until he is instructed to do so! During training Walter was extensively brought in public, lived in Alex’s home, as well as was shown the picture of showing aggression on command to people at night, in public, in cars, in the home, and other daily activities. All of this was shown to me through videos as Walter was finishing training as well. Not only was I able to have full control of Walter on the delivery, but so was my wife and son. It was amazing to see him transfer to different members in my household and that we could all handle him with ease, no treats or balls needed, just love and affection! Having a dog from CPI is the best of both worlds, I could not be happier with Walter.

After we had a break-in, we knew we needed to do something to feel safe again. We upped security at the house, but it felt very passive. We started looking for a protection dog to add to our family, when we started looking, we were overwhelmed with the amount of companies selling these dogs. We met with several but were not impressed until we found Canine Protection International. From the start, the team at CPI was amazing, they took the time to match us with the right dog and walked us through everything during the delivery process. By the second day of the delivery, we were walking our new dog Kobe off leash in public, it was incredible. Our new dog Kobe gets along perfectly with our male sheepadoodle, along with our 3 children. It was important to us to have a normal dog that blended in with our lifestyle and that is exactly what CPI provided. Kobe gave us our freedom and sense of security back. He’s so loving and calm around us but turns into a totally different dog when it’s time to protect. Knowing he’s here gives us peace of mind we haven’t had in a long time. The selection of Kobe, and the way he was trained makes him the perfect family dog, with the ability to turn it on and protect in a split second. We’re so grateful to the entire CPI team for their professionalism and for giving us not just a protection dog, but a great family member.
