FirstBarkOur experience with Canine Scholars and Jason was excellent and I highly recommend them for any training services. Jason is very patient and knowledgeable. We wanted our golden doodle, Whiskey, to be trained off leash. Jason did an excellent job in a short time. Whiskey is fully trained and we really enjoyed our sessions with Jason.

We had a rescue that needed a reset to fit into our pack. Well intended dog but was not trained. Jason and Chris did a great job humanly gaining his trust and build some foundations of behavior that we have enjoyed since we got him home. Great experience.

Where do I even begin?! I never knew how much my dog controlled me until after the two week training program with Chris. I was at a loss with my dog. He was overly hyper, jumped on everyone, pulled the leash, nervous biting, and of course would run away at any chance he got. After two weeks with Chris, ALL of those nasty habits were gone! My golden retriever now comes when he’s called, we have the most enjoyable walks now, he will place and stay on things. I’m truly blown away. And so so thankful! Now instead of worrying about my dog 24/7 we have fun together and I don’t have that stress that I constantly had before. The only problem I have is WHY I didn’t do this sooner?! We were lucky enough to work with Chris and have never been so pleased to work with someone. He’s knowledgeable, understanding, and very talented in what he does. I’m so thankful for canine scholars!!!
We adopted Fritz, a 115+ lbs cane corso mix, and started working with Chris at Canine Scholars when Fritz was almost a year and a half old. Chris was great with Fritz and without hesitation I can now walk or take him out in public by myself.
Our 8 month old Lab is amazing and so much easier to handle, thanks to her time at camp with Jason. She knows how to walk off leash,come sit and place. No more pulling and jumping. Thank you Jason for all your help with training her. Canine Scholars is the best!
