Canine School of Behavior

There are some people you never forget because they help you through one of the most difficult moments of your life. That was my experience with Canine School of Behavior. I came to them because I desperately wanted to help my dog, Oliver. I loved him dearly, but he had serious behavioral problems, and I was trying everything I could to find a way to make things work safely. Throughout an incredibly difficult situation, Ali treated me with compassion, honesty, and understanding. I never felt judged, and I always felt that Oliver’s welfare, as well as the safety and well-being of everyone involved, truly mattered. Ultimately, despite everyone's efforts, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Oliver go. The support and guidance I received helped me understand that decision and gave me some peace with something that was enormously painful. But their kindness didn't end there. They later put me in touch with Pup Culture Rescue, and through that connection, my family found Benny, the sweetest little dog imaginable. He has brought an extraordinary amount of happiness back into our home. I recently called simply to say thank you, because I realized how much this business and the people behind it had affected my life. They helped me through the worst part of loving a dog, and then, quite unexpectedly, helped lead me to another dog who has brought us so much joy. I will always be grateful, and I recommend them wholeheartedly—especially to anyone facing difficult behavioral issues with a dog and needing knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest guidance.

We recently rescued Loba, and although she had no behavioral issues, we wanted to immediately introduce her to proper obedience training - mainly to help with off leash recall. We boarded her for the 10 day program, and we couldn’t be more happier with the results. I was shocked how immediate she picked up on everything. My wife and I learned a lot about proper handling techniques, and we are seeing such improvements. We especially loved Mark and the way he trained Loba. We are going to continue to work with Loba at home with the 10 command test and make our bond even stronger!

Called 911 on this company's vehicle today because two women left their dogs in the vehicle with all windows up on a hot day. The dogs were barking like crazy for at least 15 minutes (no idea how long they were there beforehand). Eventually two women returned with coffee from down the street. This is outrageously negligible behavior especially for professional trainers. I would never trust my dog with someone who does this. Edit: They can claim it "was cool at 9am" but I was the one standing on the sidewalk in the sun for 15 minutes calling the police and I was hot as hell, so I know the inside of a closed vehicle wasn't "cool."

Had an incredible experience at Canine School of Behavior. My dogs Apollo and Valkyrie became noticeably more obedient and socially confident thanks to the excellent training. Allie and her staff were always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all our questions and concerns. Even after the training concluded, Allie remained available to assist, ensuring we continued to feel supported. The training environment was both supportive and fun, and definitely saw real, positive progress.
