Drop your new puppy off at boarding school where they'll stay in our private family residence while learning to be a perfect house mate in a home environment. Or opt for private coaching from the comfort of your home where we address a variety of training needs from basic obedience to anxiety or aggression. We serve all cities in Johnson County including Lenexa, Leawood, Overland Park, and Olathe, as well as surrounding counties of Jackson, Clay, Miami, and Douglas.

We’re only a few sessions in and have gained a lot of useful and helpful information on how to become better dog owners. Emily proves to be very knowledgeable and educated in dog behavior. I am excited to see how Ripley does in the future with her helpful information and tips. So far we have gone over games to slow Ripley down when he starts to get excited, recall, checking in on walks, nipping , and his crate. Thanks for all your help, Emily.

I’ve had numerous dogs over the years and never had any problems with training but, now, I have an incredibly anxious rescue dog that we have been trying to coax along for several years. Emily immediately identified that and suggested initial helps. He spent 10 days boarding and beginning desensitization and trust building with him. She didn’t try to push her agenda on Rufus but worked on encouraging him to respond in trust. I feel like he will have a better, more relaxed, future as we continue to build on the tools she is teaching us.
My dog and I have not (yet) worked with Canine Solutions. But they did offer me their time via phone and provided valuable recommendations and advice for my situation. I'm thankful for how much they care about the success of dogs even when it's not their client.

Katie is the best! We started with her help to train our pup to be well behaved at our wellness retreats. After 2 months of working with our pup Esther, we held the retreat and she passed with flying colors. All the ways Katie trained us to help our pup make good decisions as well as prevent her from being in situations that could bring negative impact to Esther, worked beautifully. Esther is now 8 months old and is able to have success is nearly all basic dog commands and obedience and we feel confident as we continue to work with our girl she will outshine all expectations we ever had. Much thanks to Katie, her ability to stay on task, see what we need when we couldn’t and offer multiple options and ideas of tools to assist in our puppy being successful. THANK YOU KATIE 🎉
