Canine Solutions Training Center

I have been coming to canine solutions for the past 4 dogs (18 years). It has become an integral part of my life in that it has rewarded me with a much better experience with my dogs, than if I had not attended their classes. I have been to puppy kindergarten classes ( a must), agility, conformation and obedience classes taught by the owner and head trainer, Ms. Bergstraser. As a result I have been able to compete in a national level against professional handlers (and succeed!), as well as handling my dog in obedience competition. Could not more highly recommend this business to anyone looking to become closer to their dog

So I decided to go around pre-interviewing potential agaility trainers when I came across this place. Not less than 10 minutes into the conversation the women running the "show dogs" broke out into a rant over my previous training facilities methods of training and went on and on about it for a good 10 or so minutes more (not sure due to eyes glazing over) followed by her personal point making that their facility works primarily with "show dogs" and not rescues. After all the negativity had finished, I was finally told that she wasn't even the person that does the agility! Waste of my time and her own with all the poor information that really had nothing to do with what I had asked in the first place. Will definitely not be going here, due to the seemingly biased nature of this woman's views and the fact that I view agility as something to be fun for a dog and this woman's attitude made me feel as if it would be anything but fun for my pup. Good luck with your business, but no thanks. Food for thought; when you have a potential client that asks for info regarding your agility or training areas, you may want to keep your personal opinions to yourself instead of scolding a customer because you they did not trainer their previous dogs exactly like you did.
