We offer boarding and day school days ( daycare is just playtime, our day school days include play group as well as training sessions) for all of our graduates. If the owners of our graduates have multiple dogs we are happy to include the other family dog for boarding. We are happy to consider graduates of other training programs for our boarding and day school on a case by case basis.

No one can guarantee anything about a dog’s behavior. Anyone that does is making a false promise. All dogs are different, come with different experiences, & their behaviors are influenced by so many factors before & after training that are outside of the control of trainers, and even owners. However, we offer lifetime support to all our program graduates. We guarantee our lifetime support. Whatever future problems you and your pup may have, we will be there to assist you in finding solutions.

We offer baths, nail trims. And coat maintenance for all dogs in any of our programs. We will even work with dogs who struggle with nail trims on handling and behavior for nail trims.

If your dog was not successful in another training program we would love a chance to evaluate your pup to see how we can help! We have been the second, third, or fourth trainer for many of our clients, and we are happy to report that while we may not have been the first trainer they called we were the last one they worked with because we got the job done. We also offer our lifetime support including our group class, day school days, and boarding privileges to graduates of other dog training programs on a case by case basis.

During the intake for your dog, we ask about the specific issues you would like us to work on with your dog. So, not only does your dog work on basic obedience skills but also individual issues your dog may have.

Our Day School is offered during the day. You drop off your furry friend in the morning and pick them up in the evening. For more extensive training, your dog can attend our Boarding School. This hybrid model trains basic obedience during the day and house manners at night. Once your dog graduates from our program, we have a variety of classes they can attend to polish their skills.

Our training generally involves us doing the heavy lifting by getting as many repetitions in with the dogs while they are in for school, so that their people have less homework to do at home, and can have relatively easy success when they are working with their dog. Each program does provide mini group lessons, or private lessons, or a combination of the two both at our facility and in the owners home to make sure the new behaviors your dog learns at school are just as perfect at home. Our lifetime support program includes a group class for all of our graduates so you can take your dogs skills on the road to practice around other dogs, their owners, and in new environments.

At Canine Sports Dog Training we choose training equipment based on each individual dog’s needs. Rather than using the same training tools for each dog, or limiting ourselves on what we will or will not use, we evaluate each dog, as well as their owner and their owner’s lifestyle to determine what training tools and methodologies would be the best fit for each individual case.

This experience includes mentorships with some of the best in the business, and a ton of continuing education in the form of seminars, webinars, and professional groups. Dog training is a severely unregulated industry and specific certifications belong to the private companies that offer them, rather than paying into this system of for profit education we have chosen to pursue the best trainers in the world to continue our education rather than pursuing certifications from private entities.
