Absolutely the best investment we could have made with our new puppy. Linda was patient with all 3 of us, such a good coach, and an encouragement all along the way. We did 6 lessons when our golden was about 6 months old and the difference it made is remarkable. Linda came to our home turf, took us on the Riverwalk to be sure we had a grasp on how to handle all the distractions as well as class time at her facility. If you are frustrated or despairing (!) with a new puppy, please try this. It worked for us.

We learned so much with our 8 classes with Linda Porter. Our dog Odin is a rescue and really had no training on how to walk on a leash or have any manners. In our 8 classes we learned how to handle Odin walking and with his reaction towards other dogs and people with positive reinforcement and punishment by popping the collar when warranted. He originally would pull on the leash and rear up like a stallion and look you straight in the eye trying to get to the other dog or person. He is a big dog and he is strong. Now he walks nicely on the leash, sits, lays down with a command and treat (reward). He still needs lots of repitition and we will work on it. We may do her advanced class in the future. I recommend Linda to anyone. She is amazing.

Angel helped us SO MUCH! We went in hoping to get some sort of direction to take with training our reactive pup, and we learned so many things that have helped already! We started with a dog who blew up at anything outside; people, other dogs, cats, etc. Today we were able to walk her around Centennial Park with Angel and we ENJOYED the walk and so did she! She was even able to get pretty close to other dogs and stay calm for it. Thank you so much, Angel, for helping us be able to take her out to enjoy the world!!!
